Julie graduated from a Bachelor of Sciences in Kinesiology in 2016 and then pursued a Masters of Sciences in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University, from which she graduated in 2018. Since her graduation, she has taken several continuing education courses in areas such as manual therapy, neuro-proprioceptive taping and movement impairment syndromes. She is dedicated to being a life-long learner and to stay up-to-date with the most effective therapeutic techniques in order to tailor the best treatment plan for each of her clients.
Julie has always had a keen interest in physical activity. She has been active in the sport of Ringette as an athlete and now as a volunteer coach for over 10 years. Her main goal is to help her clients overcome their pain and injuries in order for them to return to the activities that they love.
