Originally from Petit de Grat, Nova Scotia, Gilles graduated from l’Université de Moncton with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2019. While completing his studies he worked as a research assistant in the Biomechanics Laboratory and as a student therapist for various sports teams including: Aigles Bleus Men’s Soccer, Soccer New Brunswick, and the High-Performance Academy of NB. Later he completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Ottawa in 2021.
Despite being a new graduate, Gilles values continued education and learning about the latest advancements in the physiotherapy profession. He has completed courses in Manual Therapy, Concussion Management and Dry Needling.
Gilles’ treatment approach mainly includes Education, Soft Tissue Release (Cupping, Trigger Point, etc), Manual Therapy, Dry Needling and Exercise. He prides in offering his clients the required knowledge and tools to take control of their pain and believes active problems require active solutions, keep moving!
